Program Summary
The program gives undergraduates an intensive look at the fundamentals of church planting. Educating them based on faith, economic, and ministry standpoint. Giving them the keys to the kingdom first recognizing that the church is a kingdom. understanding the process of development and management in implementing the 5 folds of ministry, financial stability, Holy spirit-driven vision, and structure for the church. This program is for those who are called to pastor, evangelize, and participate in mission ministry inquiring to learn and build the experience, technique, and characteristics such as agility, healthy communication skills, creative evangelistic skills, and fruitful leadership skills. ability to delegate, and become intentional and effective church planters. The overall hope and goal upon graduation are for students to mature and prosper within the will of God obtaining and utilizing everything taught within the program allowing them to soar into their calling and purpose.
Program Overview
The program has been developed to prepare students for missionary work that focuses on church planting. This program helps build the foundation of church planting by implementing the 5 folds of ministry. From writing plans to build churches, to creating budgets and team development, trainees will master how to establish church size and growth potential. Through surveying religion and church, scholars will understand that recognizing the church as a kingdom aids in cultivating the foundational ground that which churches are built. Upon completion of this program, students will receive an intellectual understanding on learning how to identify the need for the church as well as discover its vision. Graduates will discover kingdom leadership and the benefits of evangelism, outreach, and missions ministry that will equip them to make proper decisions on church board selection and designation. For graduates looking to follow a career path within the ministry, evangelism, non-profit outreach, missionary services, or want to become a church planting catalyst, the program speaks to that calling and anointing.
