Our psychology program gives students a sophisticated way to investigate the vast world of psychology. In our program, you will be able to understand an individual’s mind, identifying how they think, and behave, and their ability to understand. Students will not only study the mind from a natural sense but also from a spiritual view. With social work being such a fundamental part of the result of people’s behavior, students will also get the opportunity to gain some social work insight.
You are more than likely to take this course if you have a strong desire to pursue a degree in psychology or understand how a person’s mind functions, Those that are interested in mental health practice and profession, this program is a perfect fit. Our program offers knowledge and understanding of key psychological concepts and principles and psychological traits, mental illnesses, and mental health disorders.
Program Overview
The purpose of this program is to be able to describe, explain, predict, and change behavior. The program’s goal is to identify the objectives such as how we interact with others daily. Within this program, the student will learn how to use the five main research methods used in psychology. Students will learn case studies, experiments, surveys, observational studies, and content analysis. Upon completion of our psychology program, students will have a profound understanding of how to guide psychologists toward a higher ideology of psychology. Students will be capable of taking an ethical course of action toward their patients.
Certification
Upon successful completion of the entire program with both major and concentration, students would be eligible to sit for the American Association of Christian Counselors Certification (AACC). Certification would be based on the program. For the Psychology Christian Coaching program, students are able to sit for the Board of Christian Life Coach (BCLC) Credential.

Upon completing this program, the student will be able to work in the people-serving roles of ministry, church, and non-profit. With the ability to obtain a career as a Pastoral Counseling Intake Coordinator, Christian Coaching Professional, Christian Counseling Admissions Specialist, or an Admissions representative for Christian educational institutions, among other potential career paths.
