Program Overview

In this program, scholars will be compelled to put an emphasis on organization dynamics, including perfecting congregational systems for administrative effectiveness as well as community fellowship. Students will learn of best practices in adopting religious organization leadership such as using software that is used to systematize daily operations while promoting an engaging community that shares the passion and vision of the church. This program also teaches how faith-based ministries can provide authentic value to their neighborhoods through local government partnering. In this program, students will develop an understanding of how to effectively implement a business management plan, and how to utilize proper strategies and relationships to maximize their potential as business managers. In this program, you will learn how to develop contingency plans, construct a sound environment, and relentless team spirit for business efficiency. Scholars will be able to expound on such key fundamentals as entrepreneurial strategies for religious organizations that nurture a church and cause spiritual growth within the leaders as well as those who are disciples. Students will be equipped to plant churches within modern-day society that enable outreach to go far beyond the constraints of the four walls of a church building. People management skills will also blossom from the understanding students obtain from the program. Upon completion of this program, students will have an understanding of how to keep their employees motivated, show their employees how to work together to achieve common goals, how to spot diversity within an organization, as well as how to respond professionally under pressure to achieve the organization’s target. Students are required to have some foundational knowledge and skills such as decision-making, teamwork, and reasoning ability. While learning to implement skills and characteristics in leadership such as speaking truth, humility, meekness, compassion, and lowliness, while exercising leadership effectiveness by learning how to model Christ through, love, development, and correction outlined in the word of God.

The goal of the program is to provide students with fundamental tools to help them develop in excellence and give them the keys to unlock opportunities in the corporate world. Students will be able to apply new techniques developed over the last 3 years in the business industry. This area of study within the full program provides students with the fundamentals and faith-based perspective on Religious Organizational Leadership. Supplying students with a kingdom mindset, stimulating their leadership traits, influences, attitudes, behaviors, and awareness, while teaching strong organizational skills to utilize within the organization. Most employers have an expectation for leaders to create a huge impact throughout their organization and with the principles, our students will learn they will be equipped to do so; by finding ways to expand and manage the new virtually dominated world with the business world as they collide. Employers will get to see their organization in a different light. This program is recommended for those individuals looking to climb the corporate ladder of non-profit and religious organizations in a leadership or executive capacity.
