Program Summary
The Church administration program provides students with the importance of why flowing in the spiritual gift of administration is more effective for ministry. The program equips students who have answered the Call of Administrator, by enhancing their views and providing tools and skills in organizing, coordinating, and record keeping. Through comprehensive knowledge and planning, students will learn how to become efficient in ministerial leadership by using techniques for ministering and applying the understanding now gained on how to examine the financial blueprint of the church. Students who have a passion for doing business God’s way will find that advancing their knowledge in the record collection, documentation, and application of those new problem-solving skills, will build the confidence that supports that passion. The program encourages students to develop relationships that benefit the building and maintenance of healthy communities.
Program Summary
In this program, students are being prepared with the edification of knowledge and understanding of the chief duties required from an individual operating in the role of Church Administration. One of those duties is to ensure all finances within the church or the organization are in order and hold up to the standards and policies of what the Bible considers Good financial stewardship. The program helps students identify and develop new attributes that align more closely with doing business according to God’s standards and inspiration. From essentials of administrative support to evangelism, this program offers the fundamentals of administration and the best practices for producing effectiveness. With the new techniques of ministering as an administrator students will be more equipped for the task of examining the financial blueprint of the Church.
National Certification
Upon successful completion of this program, students will have the opportunity to sit for national certification with the 5 Fold National Certification Board (***5-FNCB). Students will be able to sit the CA-C exam to become Church Administration Certified–CA-C
