Program Summary

The Church Media and Technology Program offers a faith-based media approach with the intent to enlighten students with best practices, skills and techniques to deliver the word of God to those who desire to worship and fellowship through virtual streaming such as social media, audio broadcasting and ministry websites. The program has a huge emphasis on providing a different outlook on media production within the church. The lessons are taught through multiple hybrid methods such as visual, vocal and PowerPoint presentations with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of technology. Though advance in nature, the program is easily understood from the the lens of the student’s understanding. This program does not only facilitate a dream but make room for career versatility, by equipping the student with new critical thinking soft skills that enhances their ability to execute more accurately and efficiently, the sound, photography, videography and content they are trying to produce.

Program Overview

The Church Media and Technology Program is geared towards those individuals with the basic skills set of media with a love for serving. Students with this calling will benefit greatly from the opportunity of developing their skills which will serve as a asset within the church. Upon completion of the first few courses, students will begin to demonstrate the ability to excel and accomplish tasks and functions of that of a professional junior level media personnel. Students will be able to utilize these newly learnt skill-set to not just producing media and technological contents but to also evangelize, minister, and presenting the gospel on a whole. This program allow passionate individuals to articulate the hope within them towards mankind. Upon completion of this program, students will be able to operate and maintain high tech equipment’s that are used to record and amplify sounds, bringing to it’s listeners the word of God in an extraordinary way. Technology and software has become the backbone of the nation as well as an intricate element to marketplace ministry when producing sound and visual content; completing this program and getting certified will help to provide a strong sense of career security to graduates who hope to remain a key staple to marketplace ministry.
