Program Summary

The program was created to equip and provide students with the key fundamentals of Ministry and Non profit Management, such as non-profit financial management and developing kingdom leadership characteristics through a spiritual and faith driven approach. providing them with a full view and understanding of the organization’s structure within the kingdom minded approach. Students will have a more in-depth understanding of the importance of ministry, missions, outreach, leadership and advocacy, as well as the learning management skillsets within the non profit organization. The goal is to reach those within local communities by planting seeds of hope and love, while learning to partner with other organizations who will take on the next step of watering those seeds. Individuals hoping to be successful in management roles in ministry must adhere to the program’s teachings on the continuous demonstration of God’s love for his people, by witnessing true works of Yashuah in their own actions towards mankind. Those who are called to the office of Apostles, Prophet, Teacher, Pastor and Evangelist and have a heart for community and outreach will find the non-profit element of this program very desirable.

Program Overview

In this program, students who have identified the calling on their life for ministry and charity work, is more likely to excel better within their calling, through learning the methods of ministry management and healthy financial planning. The program gives students the understanding of how to facilitate a better approach to non-profit organization management and ministry leadership. The program accomplishes its goal by teaching advance strategies in leadership, team development as well as key principles of diversity and inclusion. Being educated with the key elements needed to identifying business grants gives students the understanding of how to help scope out financial resources to benefit the ministry or the non-profit organization. Upon completion of this program, students will be equipped with the skills they need to cultivate the right culture and environment to grow within any organization, as well as being equipped to develop a healthy faith-base culture for others to thrive within a corporation. Students will gain a comprehensive knowledge in ministry management that can lead to core decision making skills for operating a successful non-profit ministry and for those looking to achieve this level of success, should consider a career in rescue missions, social media ministry and sociology or social work.
