The ministry operation program gives students the essential fundamentals, developments, strategies, and ethics on how to operate a ministry. Accommodating students with the knowledge and understanding of how to use strategies within a biblical approach. Approaching financial stewardship in ministry from a kingdom point of view, how to identify income resources in ministry to Understand the Basics of Corporation Banking. This program is for students who have a ministry and want to have better knowledge and understanding of how to operate their ministry or those who want to further their education to receive the credentials to be able to operate a ministry. Those who God is calling to answer the call to join or operate a ministry as an apostle, pastor, evangelist, minister, or teacher this is the program to get you closer to answering the call and achieving that goal. within the completion of the program, students will be equipped and prepared for the next step in their walk for ministry as well as have a deeper and profound understanding and view on operating a ministry and what methods and strategies to use to have a safe, solid and effective ministry.
Program Overview
The Ministry operation program was developed to aid in the building of solid support and lay staff within the church. The program takes advantage of strong fundamentals that are important within ministry operations. By identifying the church mission, scholars can learn about congregational diversity and inclusion which ensures healthy ethics being practiced in the church. Students will be prepared to support the growth of ministry through the implementation of evangelism as well as enforcing the steps for hiring and training volunteers. Individuals will learn biblical strategies for safety and security to maintain the organization’s integrity and alignment with the Word of God. Upon completion of this program, scholars will have gained a revelatory understanding of what it takes to operate within the ministry. Graduates will attain knowledge on the management of the church that includes ways of identifying income resources, Godly communication skills, ethics of culture and environment, and ministry talent and team-building skills. Students will develop team leadership competency which fosters successful ministry functions. For graduates who are passionate about pursuing a career as a sociologist, evangelist, church administrator, director of a nonprofit organization, or counselor, This degree program is a superb choice.
Certification
Upon successful completion of this program, students would be eligible to sit for Board Certification through the (5-Fold National Certification Board). Students who complete this program can take the 5-Fold Administration Exam. A student who receives a passing score will become 5-Fold Administration Certified®
