Program Summary
This element of the program is designed to give students the organizational behavioral dynamics, structure, and development in being an Organizational behavior professional giving the fundamentals such as implementing strategies, methods of communications, culture, company leadership aspects, proactive socialization, and behavior organization. Students should take this course because they will have a breakdown of Individuals, Team groups, and organizational settings and structures within the field. Within our generations, there have been new innovations of development in Organizational behavior research and practices.
Students will get deeper insight of the application of each principle to their professional and personal lives. Those interested in learning how to gain strong leadership skill-set and conflict resolution skill-set within a business, is well suited for this program.
Program Overview
In this program, students will learn all there is to know about Organizational behavior and how to become a professional in that career field. Our program offers a profound understanding of people’s interactions in an organization. In order to do so, we teach the student how to find what’s driving and influencing change within the organization, for a better result in attaining business goals. We prepare our students for a career in organizational behavior by having students study the mechanics of behaviors used in the workplace while seeking to foster and identify behaviors relevant to the survival of the organization. Upon completion of this program, students will have the know-how to set up an organization’s culture. Graduates will understand the importance of hiring the best candidates, developing the qualities of employees, and creating meaningful connections between them. Scholars will also be able to establish a strong leadership chain as well as resolve conflicts.
