PROGRAM SUMMARY
While the counseling element of the program teaches students the fundamentals of Christian counseling by intertwining Biblical disciplines with psychology tools and principles, showing the development and process of counseling. The program provides students with strategies for helping individuals seek care, and overcome obstacles that may be preventing them from having a balanced life or healthy results in one area.
The behavioral discipline portion of the program is designed to give students the organizational behavioral dynamics, structure, and development in being an Organizational behavior professional giving the fundamentals such as implementing strategies, methods of communications, culture, company leadership aspects, proactive socialization, and behavior organization. Students should take this course because they will have a breakdown of Individual and team settings, as well as organizational and structural settings. Within our generations, there have been new innovations of development in Organizational behavior research and practices. Students will get a deeper insight into the application of each principle to their professional and personal lives. Those interested in learning how to gain a strong leadership skill-set and conflict resolution skill set within a business are well suited for this program. During the program, thinkers will be challenged to develop an intellectual differentiation between a biblical approach and a Christian approach. Students will take a deeper dive into mental issues that are affecting Christian families and individuals within and outside the four walls of the church.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
In this program, students will learn all there is to know about Organizational behavior and how to become a professional in that career field.
Our program offers a profound understanding of people’s interactions in an organization. In order to do so, we teach the student how to find what’s driving and influencing change within the organization, for a better result in attaining business goals. This program prepares students to care for the whole person, their body, spirit, and soul, to help people get back a sense of hope and joy. Scholars will gain an understanding of the key processes of counseling, helping others achieve a better understanding of God and themselves through the Holy Spirit’s conviction.

Career Field
For graduates who have a deep desire to attain a career as a Christian Counseling provider, social worker, victim advocate, church education director, or substance abuse counselor, a Christian Counseling degree will open the doors for those career opportunities. We prepare our students for a career that deals with organizational behavior by having students study the mechanics of behaviors used in the workplace while seeking to foster and identify behaviors relevant to the survival of the organization.

- You must have earned a minimum of a bachelor’s degree to apply to this program.
National Certification
Upon successful completion of this program, students would be eligible to sit for Board Certification through the (5-Fold National Certification Board). Students who complete this program can sit the 5-Fold Pastoral Exam. Students who receive a passing score will become 5-Fold Certified Pastoral Counseling Professional® Students will be able to sit the APO-C Exam (can take series 1 thru 5) to become Pastoral Counseling Certified-CPC- S-1
