Ministry Management (Diploma Program)
Program Summary
The project Management Professional program offers students the core fundamentals of core leadership. Students will gain an understanding of the skills needed to lead a team.
Our program also offers a strong foundation in project management, key essentials of Scrum for project managers, and the application of project management and formulas. Attendees for this program would be those who want to get a degree in project management or pursue a career in which their skills as a leader and team player can be utilized, our program will assist you in obtaining that goal.
Program Overview
Our Project Management Pro program is designed to develop a student into a great project manager. This program ensures that the student becomes the glue that holds a project together. As we prepare the student for excellence, we teach team leadership fundamentals, project management skills, and methodologies. The program also teaches foundations of project management as well as project management essentials. Upon completion of this program, students will have a profound understanding of projects, people, and products. Students will have a positive approach to project leading, know key principles for successful PMP, and develop core team leadership skills. Students must have a high school diploma or an equivalent certification in order to enroll in this program.
Certification
PMI Requires 1 of 2 options:
1) Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree, or global equivalent) Minimum 5 years (60 months) of professional project management experience which should include * 35 contact hours of formal education (This program meets the 35 hours)
2) Four-year degree (bachelor’s degree or global equivalent) Minimum 3 years/ (36 months) professional project management experience which should include * 35 contact hours of formal education (This program meets the 35 hours)
We strongly recommend students participate in an optional experiential learning opportunity to achieve any additional PMP experience needed.

For those pursuing career management, this is an ideal program that will give you the skills, training, and ability to get certified. You will be able to apply for roles that allow you to be the main liaison between pastors and contractors when working on church planting and fundraising projects. Individuals will be equipped to handle marketplace ministry projects, not just churches, and worship centers.
