Program Overview

Our Public Speaking: Theology program focuses on the diverse and international social ethics designed to teach and prepare the students, giving them the provisions as they advance in the social world understanding the dos and don’ts of public speaking. Additionally, the program educates students on various religious beliefs, theories, and histories that exist beyond Judaism and Christianity.

The objective is to better equip and prepare students to accurately divide the word of truth while interpreting the scripture to believers and non-believers. Through the knowledge and understanding of biblical scriptures, students are able to develop their own theological understanding of the scriptures and deliver a more accurate biblical interpretation. Students will be equipped to use different forms of analysis and argument to help them in expressing, acknowledging, and defending their faith. Graduating from this program means you would have gained the training necessary to comprehend religious traditions that will allow you to explore and define faith without any specific tradition. Students will be prepared to preserve, perform and present exceedingly beyond their abilities. The virtual world is quickly advancing public speaking and theological teaching, paving the way for those individuals who has a calling to minister, teach, and preach the gospel in a non-traditional way. Program Summary

Trainees in this program will master biblical disciplines founded on creation and evolution; getting the opportunity to experience a mental transformation that gives them a profound point of view on the doctrinal expression of the Word of God. The public speaking element of the program is designed to teach students how to relay information to motivate their audience. This focuses on areas of public speaking such as personal development and improvement, basic disciplines of public speaking, and essential speaking genres and dynamics. The program teaches speech delivery, speech diversity, as well as general speaking fundamentals. The Theological aspect of the program was created to model students into individuals whose values are built on theological foundations. This program gives scholars an understanding of deity through the basic theory of the Trinity. Students will learn the foundation of systematic theology that expounds on the explanation of man, as well as the exposition of God. This program is the best fit for those who desire to grow, mature, and develop in public speaking as well as use it as a tool in everyday situations. Public speaking has changed majorly within the past few years. Upon completion of this program, graduates will be equipped with an understanding of theology and how to perform research to access the resources that help to defend their faith.

Trainees will have gained the training necessary to define grace for believers as well as non-believers that are in search of the truth. For those who are interested in a career as a historian, counselor, missionary, youth minister, or journalist, the theology program is an outstanding decision. Students who are inquiring about a career as a minister, a counselor, or a teacher, or desiring to land a role as a Christian Guidance counselor in a Christian University, college, and academy should strongly consider this course. Students can also land a role working as professors, school directors, and motivational speakers. Students will have a full understanding of speech delivery and attention-grabbing techniques. Giving them the confidence necessary to keep their audience engaged from start to finish. To become a public speaker, one must be able to gain assurance, attention, trust, and respect from their audience. This level of public speaking is often acquired through education and experience and when coupled with our training, some students may find this program beneficial to their career growth and success. We highly recommend experiential learning opportunities for those who do not have a prior speaking background.

National Certification

Upon completion of the full program including the concentration and the major for any public-speaking related subjects, students are able to sit the 5-Fold National Certification Board (5FNCB) 5-Fold National Inspirational Speaking Certification to become I-Speak Certified and students are able to sit for the 5-Fold National Certification Board (5FNCB) Students will be able to sit for the T-C Exam (can take series 1 thru 5). Students who receive a passing score will become 5-Fold Certified Theology Professional®  to become Theology CertifiedTP-C L-1.
