Registrar Office

What We Do

Emet Global Registrar Division provides guidance and management of all aspects of the registrar and records division. The division plays a crucial part in operations by effectively managing the maintenance and righteousness of all student academic records, the authorized curriculum, the design and upkeep of course schedules, all areas of student registration, and the recording and reporting of grades.

The registrar and records office must maintain compliance with FERPA regulations, and the formation and continuity of processes for the unbiased and persistent administration of policies and procedures in regard to registration and academic record keeping.

Records Division

The division must provide strong leadership in accordance with the academic goals and mission of Emet Global University. Academic records are also known as transcripts, which are a formal record of your academic history at a university. You’ll get a free transcript, in digital format, when you graduate. Your record usually includes all unit attempts and your grade for each unit. Staff in this division are responsible for registering and scheduling students for classes, maintaining full integrity while keeping records of grades and transcripts.

Transfer of Credits

Students must complete a transfer of credit form and provide college transcripts for transfer students (You may email unofficial copies of your transcripts to edu@emetschool.com or fax them to (608) 801-4007. Please note that an unofficial transcript can be used to determine the classes you could potentially transfer to but an official transcript must be provided within 14 business days to the registrar and record’s office to be evaluated for credits transfer. If a student is requesting credits for life experiences, they must complete the Life Experiences Credit Evaluation and Determination Form and submit the required documentation.
